We collect the following personal data through online forms (via Squarespace and Bookwhen):

  • Names, email address, phone numbers

  • Child’s first name and date of birth

  • Any relevant information you provide in a form (e.g. dietary requirements, accessibility or learning needs)

We may also collect feedback for monitoring and improvement.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Register you or your child for classes

  • Communicate with you about your bookings

  • Ensure child safety and adapt sessions appropriately

  • Send you updates about play hub, including events and offers (only with your consent)

  • If you opt in, we may contact you via email, phone, text, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or social media for the purposes outlined above

3. How we store your data

All data is collected via secure Squarespace forms and Bookwhen and stored in encrypted Google Sheets. Access is restricted to company directors.

We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary. If you do not engage with us for 12 months, your data will be securely deleted unless we are required to retain it longer for legal or regulatory reasons. You may request secure deletion of your data at any time.
